About the Role:

Osprey's partners are seeking a Technical Lead, Systems and Software Engineering, to support a proposed task order for Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific.

This role combines hands-on systems and software engineering with technical solution design and leadership of technical sprints or workstreams. The ideal candidate is comfortable contributing directly to engineering efforts while guiding a technical team's execution.

Additional details regarding the mission and scope of work are classified and will be shared through appropriate channels as permitted.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on systems and software engineering.
  • Develop technical solution designs that address project requirements.
  • Lead technical sprints or workstreams, coordinating engineering activities and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to identify and resolve engineering challenges.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least three years of experience encompassing hands-on systems/software engineering, technical solution design, and leadership of technical sprints or workstreams.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related STEM field.
  • TS/SCI clearance or eligibility, with a current investigation completed within the past six years.
