Como Gerente de Vendas, você será responsável por: - Supervisionar e liderar uma equipe de colaboradores, garantindo o atingimento das metas de vendas e a excelência no atendimento aos clientes. - Planejar e implementar estratégias de vendas eficazes, visando maximizar o desempenho da loja. - Monitorar e controlar os indicadores de desempenho, como faturamento, estoque e produtividade da equipe. - Garantir a correta aplicação dos processos e procedimentos da empresa, mantendo o padrão de qualidade esperado. - Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e implementar ações para otimizar a eficiência e a rentabilidade da operação. - Atuar como elo de comunicação entre a equipe e a alta gestão, transmitindo feedback e sugestões.

Para se destacar nesta posição, você deve possuir: - Experiência comprovada na gestão de equipes e em cargos de liderança no varejo. - Habilidades de negociação, comunicação e tomada de decisão. - Conhecimento sólido em gestão de estoque, controle financeiro e indicadores de desempenho. - Capacidade de motivar e engajar a equipe, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho positivo. - Formação superior em áreas como Administração, Economia ou Gestão de Negócios. - Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de escala, incluindo finais de semana e feriados.
