Como Operador(a) de Caixa, você será responsável por garantir um atendimento ágil e de qualidade, contribuindo para que a experiência dos nossos clientes seja sempre positiva. Além das operações de caixa, você apoiará a organização da loja e processos internos, trabalhando em parceria com toda a equipe para manter a excelência no atendimento e no funcionamento da unidade.

Suas principais responsabilidades serão:

  • Realizar a abertura, operação e fechamento diário do caixa, registrando as transações com precisão.
  • Efetuar o registro de vendas, baixas de cartões e emissão de notas fiscais.
  • Elaborar e enviar semanalmente a lista de vendas e atendimentos realizados.
  • Apoiar a gerência nos processos de inventário e balanço de mercadorias.
  • Conferir peças e realizar rastreamentos no sistema sempre que necessário.
  • Solicitar materiais de expediente e acompanhar as necessidades do setor.
  • Controlar e solicitar partes e acessórios, como estojos, parafusos e outros itens de apoio.
  • Comunicar à equipe de estoque a necessidade de reposição de mercadorias da marca exclusiva (quando aplicável).
  • Manter uma comunicação clara e colaborativa com vendedores, gerentes e demais setores.
  • Zelar pela organização, confiabilidade dos processos e qualidade no atendimento, atuando sempre de acordo com os valores e o padrão de excelência da Ótica Avenida.

Obrigatórios:

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Experiência mínima de 6 meses na função ou em atividades de atendimento ao cliente e operação de caixa.
  • Conhecimento básico em Excel.
  • Conhecimento em emissão de notas fiscais.
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
  • Organização, disciplina, agilidade e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Responsabilidade, ética, confiabilidade e comprometimento com a qualidade do trabalho.

Será um diferencial:

  • Experiência de 2 anos ou mais em rotinas de caixa.
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Excel.
  • Cursos de Operação de Caixa.
  • Cursos de Atendimento ao Cliente.
  • Conhecimento em rotinas administrativas e financeiras.
  • Cordialidade no atendimento, boa gestão do tempo e facilidade para resolver problemas.
  • Perfil colaborativo e proativo.
