En este rol tendrás un impacto directo en la salud financiera del negocio al asegurar la recuperación oportuna de cuentas por cobrar, fortalecer las relaciones con clientes y contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos de cobranza y facturación. Buscamos personas analíticas, organizadas y orientadas a resultados que disfruten colaborar con diferentes áreas y generar soluciones que impulsen el desempeño del negocio.

Qué harás en el día a día:

  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a una cartera de clientes para asegurar la recuperación oportuna de cuentas por cobrar.
  • Realizar conciliaciones de cuentas, pagos y facturación para garantizar la correcta aplicación de los cobros.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con clientes para dar seguimiento a facturas, aclaraciones y compromisos de pago.
  • Analizar información financiera y preparar reportes utilizando Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos.
  • Dar seguimiento a facturas abiertas, rechazadas, vencidas o pendientes de aceptación.
  • Colaborar con equipos internos de Finanzas, Facturación, Servicio y otras áreas para resolver incidencias.
  • Monitorear indicadores y tendencias de cartera para identificar riesgos y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Gestionar actividades relacionadas con portales de facturación y procesos fiscales aplicables en México.

Responsabilidades

  • Asegurar el seguimiento efectivo del proceso de cobranza y recuperación de cartera.
  • Mantener información precisa y actualizada sobre pagos, saldos y conciliaciones.
  • Generar análisis y reportes que faciliten la toma de decisiones.
  • Fortalecer la experiencia del cliente mediante una comunicación profesional y orientada a soluciones.
  • Contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros y de flujo de efectivo de la organización.
  • Apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua relacionadas con cobranza, facturación y gestión de datos.

¡Lo que necesitarás para tener éxito!

  • Formación en áreas Económico-Administrativas.
  • Al menos dos años trabajando en cuentas por cobrar, cobranza o funciones similares.
  • Conocimiento de conciliación de cuentas, seguimiento de pagos y recuperación de cartera.
  • Dominio de Excel para análisis de información, tablas dinámicas, BUSCARV y BUSCARX.
  • Conocimiento de facturación en México, incluyendo CFDI, métodos de pago y procesos relacionados.
  • Experiencia utilizando portales de facturación y validaciones relacionadas con SAT.
  • Capacidad para analizar datos, identificar tendencias y generar recomendaciones.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y colaboración.
  • Inglés funcional para comprensión y comunicación básica en posiciones de mayor seniority.
  • Conocimiento de JD Edwards será considerado una ventaja.
