A MASEL, empresa especializada na comercialização de elevadores, escadas rolantes e outros equipamentos de elevação e industriais, integrada no Grupo OTIS, empresa multinacional de referência no setor da elevação, procura reforçar a sua equipa na MADEIRA com um RESPONSÁVEL TÉCNICO, para assumir a coordenação da operação técnica e das equipas no terreno.

Procuramos um perfil com forte capacidade técnica, liderança e orientação para resultados, capaz de garantir elevados padrões de segurança, qualidade de serviço e satisfação dos clientes.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Liderar e coordenar diariamente as equipas técnicas;
  • Planear e acompanhar as atividades de manutenção, avarias e reparações;
  • Acompanhar tecnicamente instalações e situações de maior complexidade;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos e objetivos de segurança;
  • Acompanhar obras e controlar a sua evolução, materiais e execução;
  • Realizar visitas e inspeções técnicas às instalações;
  • Trabalhar em proximidade com clientes e com a área comercial na identificação e resolução das suas necessidades.

Perfil que procuramos:

REQUISITOS OBRIGATÓRIOS:

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Mecânica;
  • Residência na Região Autónoma da Madeira.

EXPERIÊNCIA:

  • Experiência em manutenção, equipamentos eletromecânicos ou ambiente industrial;
  • Experiência no setor dos elevadores;
  • Experiência na coordenação de equipas técnicas;
  • Capacidade de liderança e tomada de decisão;
  • Forte capacidade de organização e resolução de problemas;
  • Orientação para segurança, cliente e resultados;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Carta de condução.
  • Inscrição válida na Ordem dos Engenheiros;
