Resumen de funciones:

Realizarás el Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de ascensores y escaleras mecánicas, garantizando su operación segura y eficiente. Este cargo requiere conocimientos especializados en equipos electromecánicos y la capacidad de seguir protocolos de mantenimiento establecidos (POE) para prevenir averías y maximizar la vida útil de los sistemas. Adicionalmente, realiza reparaciones intermedia y es soporte técnico cuando se requiera.

En un día normal tendrás que:

  • Realizar tareas estándar de forma independiente y resolver problemas comunes.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y calidad.
  • Comunicar de manera eficaz y documentar el trabajo realizado.
  • Comunicar de manera efectiva el estado de las reparaciones a los clientes y proporcionar orientación sobre el uso adecuado de los equipos.
  • Diligenciar los formatos de intervención técnica para dejar registrado todas las novedades de la reparación en los sistemas internos de la empresa y así garantizar el seguimiento y la trazabilidad.
  • Trabajar de la mano con los Supervisores de Servicio para proponer mejoras del área sobre los procedimientos de mantenimiento con el fin de optimizar la operación, reducir las averias y evitar los equipos fuera de servicio.
  • Interactuar con los clientes para indagar e informar sobre el estado del mantenimiento, ofrecer recomendaciones para el uso adecuado y resolver inquietudes.
  • Registrar oportuna, detallada y correctamente todas las actividades de mantenimiento, repuestos utilizados y condiciones de los equipos en los sistemas o medios otorgados por la compañia los tiempos utilizados y el detalle de código de actividad en los controles de puntos y novedades de nómina.
  • Cumplir con las políticas, reglas y directrices de la Compañía.
  • Realizar los turnos de disponibilidad asignados.
  • Asisitir a las diferentes capacitaciones sobre nuevas tecnologías y procedimientos.
  • Comprobar los sistemas de seguridad (frenos, sistemas de emergencia, sensores, entre otros) para garantizar que los equipos cumplan con los estándares de seguridad requeridos por OTIS y normativa local vigente.
  • Reportar inmediatamente cualquier novedad de seguridad que pueda poner en riesgo su integridad, la de sus compñaros y la de los usuarios.
  • Identificar las fallas de calidad de los equipos y reportar para proceso de AMT y FTB como indica el procedimiento "Procedimiento AMT, FTB y PUI (PR-OP-01)

¡Lo que necesitarás para tener éxito!

  • Formación académica: Técnico en Electromecánica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica o áreas relacionadas.Nivel Ingeniero o técnico en formación de Ingeniero (deseable)Si la carrera (técnico, tecnólogo o profesional) es avalada por algun consejo profesional como: CONTE,COPNIA,CONALTEL, Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica y profesiones a Fines, etc es un requisito contar con la tarjeta profesional vigente que avale la profesión.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 6 años de experiencia en mantenimiento de ascensores, escaleras mecánicas u otros equipos electromecánicos.
  • Deseables: Conocimientos Técnicos: Conocimiento avanzado en sistemas electromecánicos, hidráulicos y electrónicos. Capacidad para interpretar planos eléctricos, diagramas de control y esquemas mecánicos. Experiencia con sistemas de control programables y software asociado con el transporte vertical. Conocimiento de las normativas de seguridad aplicables al transporte vertical.Habilidad para utilizar herramientas de medición y equipos de prueba para diagnósticos.
  • Deseables: Habilidades: Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes departamentos, especialmente en el proceso de instalación.Atención al detalle y orientación a la calidad. Habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con clientes. Proactividad y habilidades para resolver problemas de manera eficiente.
