Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset are essential, as you will often serve as the primary point of contact for technology‑related issues and service requests.

Your work will also involve coordinating with other technology teams when incidents require cross‑functional support. This includes exposure to and collaboration across technologies such as Windows operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM, Azure, meeting room technologies (including Crestron and Microsoft Teams), mobile device management, and network troubleshooting. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, printing, and connectivity issues.
  • Log, update, and manage incidents and service requests within the service management system.
  • Escalate incidents and requests to senior analysts or specialized support teams when required.
  • Prioritize and manage tickets in accordance with established service levels and procedures.
  • Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and meeting room technologies.
  • Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and other supported business technologies.
  • Document troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles as required.
  • Participate in hardware deployments, equipment refreshes, and technology rollouts.
  • Provide end-user guidance on technology use and best practices.
  • Participate in team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Initial intake point for business-critical issues of varying degree

What you'll need

  • College diploma, university degree, or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Service Desk, Desktop Support, or technical support role.
  • Experience supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
