Als Springer bei OUNDA bist du in verschiedenen Betrieben unserer Gemeinschaft im Einsatz und unterstützt dort, wo dein Know-how gerade gebraucht wird. Dabei bist du nicht einfach nur „irgendwo eingesetzt“, sondern wirst Teil unterschiedlicher Teams, lernst verschiedene Arbeitsweisen kennen und bringst gleichzeitig deine eigene Erfahrung mit ein. Die OUNDA Gemeinschaft verbindet über 100 eigenständige Betriebe in der Augenoptik und Hörakustik. So arbeitest du in persönlich geführten Fachbetrieben und profitierst gleichzeitig vom Rückhalt und den Möglichkeiten einer größeren Unternehmensgruppe. Was erwartet Dich?

  • Einsätze in verschiedenen Betrieben der OUNDA Gemeinschaft
  • Persönliche und individuelle Beratung unserer Kundschaft
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Refraktionen
  • Beratung zu Brillen, Gläsern und individuellen Sehlösungen
  • Durchführung von Anpassungen, Reparaturen und kleineren handwerklichen Arbeiten
  • Unterstützung unterschiedlicher Teams je nach aktuellem Bedarf
  • Ein abwechslungsreicher Arbeitsalltag mit verschiedenen Betrieben, Teams und Kundengruppen
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und die Möglichkeit, deine Erfahrung flexibel einzubringen

Wir schätzen Dein Know-how!

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Augenoptiker oder Augenoptikermeister (m/w/d)
  • Freude an persönlicher Beratung und am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Eine hohe Reisebereitschaft und Freude daran, regelmäßig in unterschiedlichen Betrieben tätig zu sein
  • Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, dich schnell auf neue Teams und Abläufe einzustellen
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Ein sicheres und freundliches Auftreten gegenüber Kundinnen und Kunden sowie Kolleginnen und Kollegen
  • Erfahrung in der Kontaktlinsenanpassung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
