  • Eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Augenoptikermeister
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung für einen Betrieb und ein Team zu übernehmen
  • Erste Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss, wenn du den nächsten beruflichen Schritt gehen möchtest
  • Eine wertschätzende, klare und verlässliche Art im Umgang mit deinem Team
