About the Role

Outsource Ability is recruiting on behalf of a UK-based digital marketing agency for an experienced High-Ticket Sales Closer.

You will be handed pre-booked appointments and will run those consultations face to face on video, converting qualified prospects into signed clients. This is a closing role — appointment setting and lead generation are handled separately, so your focus is entirely on running strong sales conversations and converting them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run booked sales consultations face to face on video using Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
  • Prepare for each call by reviewing the prospect's background, enquiry and qualification notes beforehand.
  • Understand the prospect's business objectives and position the agency's services against them.
  • Handle objections confidently and take the conversation through to a clear decision.
  • Close prospects onto the agency's services and confirm next steps.
  • Follow up promptly with prospects who do not close on the first call, and work them through to a decision.
  • Re-engage no-shows and reschedule where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including call outcomes, pipeline stages, notes and next actions.
  • Feed back consistent objections, pricing resistance and lead-quality patterns to the agency.

Experience with every system is not essential, but you must be confident learning new technology.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Minimum three years' experience in a high-ticket closing or sales role.
  • Proven experience closing sales meetings for a marketing agency. This is non-negotiable.
  • Experience closing face to face on video calls, not phone-only or email-based selling.
  • Confident, professional and personable on camera.
  • Strong spoken and written English, with a clear and natural conversational style.
  • Skilled at objection handling and asking for the decision.
  • Able to work a booked diary independently without daily supervision.
  • Disciplined with CRM records and follow-up.
  • Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment.

Advantageous

  • Experience using GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM.
  • Experience selling to UK business owners.
  • Background in digital marketing, media or a related service industry.
  • Familiarity with AI tools in a professional environment.

Remote Work Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be based in South Africa.
  • Have a modern laptop or PC, Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent, with a minimum of 8GB RAM.
  • Have a stable fibre internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload.
  • Have a functional UPS, inverter or power station able to run a router and laptop for a minimum of 2–4 hours during load shedding.
  • Have a professional, noise-cancelling headset with a clear microphone.
  • Have a quiet, professional workspace suitable for video meetings, with an appropriate on-camera background.
  • Be available for the agreed hours during UK business times.
