Fully Remote — South Africa | Independent Contractor | Full-Time, UK business hours | UK serviced accommodation client

About the Role

Outsource Ability is recruiting on behalf of a UK serviced accommodation operator for a confident and self-sufficient Sales Consultant.

You will handle sales conversations with property owners, explain and close the client's service offer, and hand each signed property over to the onboarding team — acting as the main point of contact for the owner through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Closing

  • Handle sales calls with property owners promptly and professionally.
  • Explain the client's offer clearly and confidently, using the agreed positioning and figures.
  • Handle objections and answer owners' questions directly, without referring routine queries back to the client.
  • Close agreed deals, issue contracts and collect onboarding fees and payments.
  • Follow up on open leads and carry out light lead nurturing, primarily by telephone and email.

Handover to Onboarding

  • Hand each signed property over to the onboarding team once the deal is closed.
  • Ensure the onboarding team receives all relevant property and owner information agreed during the sales process.

CRM and Record-Keeping

  • Maintain accurate lead records, statuses and next actions throughout the sales process.

Systems

  • GoHighLevel
  • AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, used to streamline daily tasks and operations

Experience with every system is not essential, but you must be confident learning new technology.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Proven sales background with a demonstrable record of hitting targets.
  • Experience closing deals over the telephone.
  • Able to think on their feet and handle objections confidently, in line with the agreed scripts and SOPs.
  • Excellent telephone manner, with strong spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable working from scripts, SOPs and structured CRM processes, with strong discipline around notes, statuses and next actions.
  • Highly organised, with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Available to take and make calls throughout the working day.

Advantageous

  • Serviced accommodation, short-term rental, lettings or wider property experience.
  • Experience communicating with UK consumers.
  • Experience using GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM.
  • Familiarity with AI tools in a professional environment.

Remote Work Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be based in South Africa.
  • Have a modern laptop or PC (Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent, minimum 8GB RAM).
  • Have a stable fibre internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload.
  • Have a functional UPS, inverter or power station able to run a router and laptop for a minimum of 2–4 hours during load shedding.
  • Have a professional, noise-cancelling headset with a clear microphone.
  • Have a quiet workspace suitable for telephone calls and video meetings.
  • Be available for the agreed hours during UK business times.
