Sales & Lead Nurturing Experience: 2.5-5 years of experience in appointment setting, lead nurturing, or inside sales, preferably in financial services, debt management, or high-ticket consulting. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and build relationships with leads and clients. Customer-Centric Approach: Experience handling customer inquiries with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset. CRM & Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar), email automation, and lead tracking tools to manage follow-ups efficiently. Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask, prioritize leads, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure seamless client interactions. Self-Motivated & Growth-Oriented: Willingness to adapt, take initiative, and grow within the company, with potential for a full-time role in sales or client success.

Core responsibilities:

Lead Engagement & Follow-Up: Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional communication to nurture potential clients through the sales process. Discovery Call Scheduling: Qualify prospects and schedule them for discovery calls with the appropriate team members, ensuring they are informed and prepared for their consultation. Lead Nurturing & Relationship Building: Maintain consistent follow-ups with warm leads, providing relevant information, answering inquiries, and guiding them toward making informed decisions. Customer Support & Inquiry Management: Address client questions regarding debt management, credit repair, funding, and other financial services, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Administrative & Paperwork Management: Assist with updating CRM records, processing documentation, and maintaining organized client files to streamline the onboarding process. Growth-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional responsibilities and grow into a full-time role with increased opportunities in sales and client relations.
