Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Visual Content Creator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a creative flair who can design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including graphics, ebooks, brochures, flyers, and social media posts for various platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure all visual content aligns with our brand identity and effectively engages our audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, ebooks, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Create engaging social media posts tailored to different platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency in design and maintain the companys visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Edit and optimize images and graphics for digital and print use.
  • Stay updated with design trends, social media best practices, and industry standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide creative input on visual content strategies to enhance audience engagement.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Content Creator, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including social media content, marketing materials, and other digital assets.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
  • Experience creating content for various social media platforms, understanding each platforms unique requirements and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas.
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
