A strong foundational understanding or hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign planning Proven ability to create and design marketing decks using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote, with a good eye for layout and clarity Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into engaging and easy-to-understand marketing collateral Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with performance media marketing strategies such as paid social, search engine marketing (SEM), and analytics tools is highly preferred Competency in creative design platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma to assist in collateral development A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well across teams while also being confident in working independently when required

Core responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support across digital and content marketing initiatives, assisting in the development and execution of campaigns Collaborate with senior marketing staff to build and format client-facing marketing decks and presentations, ensuring alignment with brand and messaging guidelines Translate strategic direction, briefs, or data into visually appealing and informative marketing collateral such as one-pagers, infographics, or campaign overviews Work closely with internal teams—including design, media, and accounts—to ensure all deliverables meet timelines, quality standards, and client expectations Conduct research on audience trends, industry insights, and competitor activity to help inform content and campaign planning Maintain and update content calendars, schedule campaign deliverables, and track key milestones to ensure smooth execution Assist in compiling performance reports and summarizing campaign outcomes, working alongside the media team to support optimization and learnings
