Role Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Operations Supervisor to join our team. The Operations Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our client's billable staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency. This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to be a key player in building and leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that remote employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
  • Monitor and optimize remote employee attendance and productivity by providing valuable feedback and supportive coaching. 
  • Receive employee complaints and resolve problems.
  • Maintaining timekeeping and personnel records.
  • Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
  • Prepare and submit performance reports.
  • Documenting processes, monitoring progress, and preparing status reports.
  • Should be able to create reports and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform related duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven work experience as an Operations Supervisor managing remote teams
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Work Arrangement:

  • Onsite, Full-time Work in BGC, Taguig City
  • Regular day shift; no holiday work
