Minimum of 3.5 years proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or in a similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools. Strong research skills and familiarity with online research tools and databases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Core responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events. Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and prospects. Conduct thorough research on target prospects, including company information, key decision-makers, and potential business needs. Identify key contacts and decision-makers within target organizations. Analyze market trends and industry information to identify potential leads and opportunities. Conduct outbound engagement activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to connect with prospects and generate interest in our products and services. Craft personalized and compelling outreach messages to capture the attention of potential clients. Schedule and book qualified sales appointments for the onshore sales team. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and appointments. Track and report on lead generation and appointment setting activities.
