Experience in Video Editing: 5+ years of proven experience in video editing, including working with fast-paced content and adhering to tight deadlines. Proficiency in Motion Graphics and Animation: Expertise in creating motion graphics, titles, and animations, with a focus on dynamic and visually appealing designs. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools. Understanding of Social Media Trends: Familiarity with content requirements and audience engagement strategies for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and stakeholders to translate concepts into compelling video content. Attention to Detail and Creative Vision: High level of attention to detail and a strong sense of creative storytelling and visual design principles.

Core responsibilities:

Video Editing and Post-Production: Edit and produce high-quality, fast-paced videos for commercial, product, and creative content, adhering to the company’s storytelling and branding standards. Motion Graphics and Animation: Create engaging motion graphics, titles, and animations that enhance visual storytelling and align with project objectives. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with creative teams, including directors and producers, to understand project requirements and deliver polished content on time. File Management and Workflow Optimization: Maintain organized file structures and ensure efficient video editing workflows, including proper asset storage and version control. Platform-Specific Content Optimization: Tailor video content for distribution across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, ensuring adherence to format and audience engagement best practices. Feedback Integration and Revisions: Incorporate client and team feedback effectively to refine video projects and meet creative and technical expectations.
