Ox Security secures the AI-driven SDLC from prompt to production. We eliminate critical, real-time risks from AI code generation through cloud runtime by doing what conventional tools can’t: unifying development and cloud context to stop vulnerabilities right at the source. We’re growing fast and expanding our EMEA team with several Sales Development Representatives to play a key role in building pipeline across our EMEA markets.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing and Channel Partners, helping us open doors with security and engineering leaders at leading enterprises across the region.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect and engage decision-makers (CISOs, security leaders, engineering managers) across your assigned EMEA markets through calls, email and LinkedIn
  • Research and personalize outreach to break into high-value accounts
  • Qualify leads and set high-quality meetings for our Account Executives
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting
  • Utilize AI and sales tools like Amplemarket, Clay, On.fire, Lusha and more

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – mandatory
  • 1–2 years of proven B2B sales success (SaaS a bonus)
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and confident objection handling
  • Fearless and engaging on the phone
  • Proven track record of cold calling and closing meetings
  • Quick to learn and comfortable discussing technical concepts

Bonus Points For

  • Cybersecurity background – a big plus (e.g., SDR/BDR experience at a security vendor)
  • Nordic or Eastern European languages – a big plus, especially Russian, Polish or Greek
  • Also a plus: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Czech/Slovak, Bulgarian or Serbian/Croatian
  • Experience selling into security, DevOps or engineering personas
  • A creative, marketing-minded approach to outreach
