Ben jij een technisch sterke people manager die energie haalt uit het coördineren van projecten en het aansturen van teams? Heb je een passie voor techniek, organisatie en continue verbetering? Dan is deze functie als Coördinator Engineering misschien wel de uitdaging die je zoekt.

In deze sleutelrol vorm je de brug tussen engineering en uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat technische projecten efficiënt verlopen, teams optimaal samenwerken en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen worden behaald. Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent en technische expertise worden projecten succesvol gerealiseerd binnen planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen.

VerantwoordelijkhedenAls Coördinator Engineering neem je een centrale rol op binnen de technische organisatie en werk je nauw samen met engineers, techniekers, projectteams en externe partners.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het opstellen, beheren en opvolgen van de projectplanning en de inzet van medewerkers.
  • Het coördineren van technische projecten en het bewaken van deadlines, kwaliteit en rendement.
  • Het fungeren als verbindende schakel tussen het engineeringteam en de techniekers op de werkvloer.
  • Het coachen, begeleiden en verder ontwikkelen van technische medewerkers.
  • Het signaleren en terugkoppelen van verbeterpunten, technische optimalisaties en ontwerpaanpassingen.
  • Het ondersteunen van een vlotte samenwerking tussen verschillende interne afdelingen en externe partners.
  • Het bewaken van technische specificaties, kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Het bijdragen aan innovatieve projecten binnen een internationale industriële omgeving.
  • Het organiseren en opvolgen van sporadische buitenlandse opdrachten en technische interventies.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met sterke organisatorische en leidinggevende vaardigheden.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bacheloropleiding Elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende, coördinerende of aansturende functie.
  • Het vermogen om meerdere projecten gelijktijdig te organiseren en op te volgen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het talent om verschillende stakeholders samen te brengen.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en continue verbetering.
  • Een proactieve houding en de ambitie om mensen en processen verder te ontwikkelen.
