The posting

Als Coördinator Engineering ben je de spilfiguur tussen het ontwerpbureau en de techniekers op de werkvloer. Je zorgt er samen met jouw mede-coördinator voor dat projecten efficiënt en kwalitatief worden uitgevoerd en dat de communicatie tussen de verschillende stakeholders vlot verloopt. Deze projecten zijn zowel binnen voestalpine Sadef als binnen de grotere groep voestalpine AG. Sporadische buitenlandse verplaatsingen en planningen voor buitenlandse verplaatsingen horen hier dus ook bij.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Het opstellen en opvolgen van de planning van projecten en teammedewerkers.
  • Het coördineren en toezien op de uitvoering van de projecten volgens de vooropgestelde afspraken.
  • Het fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen het ontwerpbureau (mechanisch en elektrisch) en de techniekers.
  • Het coachen en verder ontwikkelen van het technisch team op persoonlijk en technisch vlak.
  • Het terugkoppelen van mechanische en elektrische opmerkingen, verbeterpunten en ontwerpfouten naar het ontwerpbureau in samenspraak met de manager engineering.
  • Het bewaken van kwaliteit, rendement en naleving van de technische specificaties
  • Het ondersteunen van een vlotte samenwerking tussen interne teams en externe partners
  • Het waken over veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkvloer.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma elektromechanica (of gelijkwaardig)
  • Je hebt ervaring in een technische of industriële omgeving
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende of aansturende rol
  • Je kan planmatig werken en behoudt overzicht in meerdere projecten tegelijk
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet verschillende partijen op één lijn te brengen
  • Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en continue verbetering
