Ben jij analytisch sterk en krijg je energie van plannen, optimaliseren en samenwerken? In deze rol als Demand Planner / Supply Chain Planner zorg je ervoor dat vraag, voorraad en transport perfect op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren van de supply chain en draagt bij aan een efficiënte en toekomstgerichte planning.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opstellen en beheren van forecasting en demand planning voor bestaande en nieuwe producten.
  • Analyseren van forecastgegevens en vergelijken met het vooropgestelde budget en bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
  • Bewaken van een gezond voorraadniveau via planningstools en optimalisatie van processen en aankopen.
  • Opvolgen van inventory om beschikbaarheid en rotatie van producten te garanderen.
  • Beheren van de product lifecycle, inclusief introductie van nieuwe producten en uitfasering van assortimentwissels.
  • Nauw samenwerken met interne afdelingen, buitenlandse vestigingen en logistieke partners.
  • Coördineren van transportboekingen en containerplanning in samenwerking met forwarders en logistieke teams.
  • Opstellen van een efficiënte inboundplanning met optimale containerbelading.
  • Uitvoeren van analyses en rapporteringen rond bedrijfsprocessen en supply chain prestaties.
  • Detecteren van knelpunten en voorstellen van verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Voorbereiden van S&OP-meetings en analyseren van productclassificaties.
  • Vertalen van marktfeedback naar concrete acties binnen de planning.
  • Rapporteren aan de Supply Chain Manager.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma met minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen supply chain, planning of logistiek.
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht en procesmatig denkvermogen.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook sterk in teamwerk en samenwerking.
  • Goed prioriteiten kunnen stellen en deadlines respecteren.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel en Microsoft Office; ervaring met ERP-systemen is noodzakelijk.
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
  • Proactieve, oplossingsgerichte en nauwkeurige werkhouding.
