  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatie van het onderhoud en een goede samenwerking binnen je technische team.
  • Je coacht en begeleidt medewerkers, stimuleert hun ontwikkeling en geeft hen ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Je volgt de teamprestaties op en voert evaluatie- en ontwikkelingsgesprekken, met aandacht voor open communicatie en concrete feedback.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan optimalisatie-, verbeter- en investeringsprojecten binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Je bewaakt de veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werkzaamheden en ziet toe op de naleving van milieu-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.
  • Je neemt deel aan het permanentiesysteem en bent gemiddeld om de vijf weken van wacht.
  • Je hebt een hoger diploma in een technische richting en relevante ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Je haalt voldoening uit het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van mensen.
  • Je bent graag aanwezig op de werkvloer en weet wat er leeft binnen je team.
  • Je communiceert helder, motiveert medewerkers en stimuleert samenwerking.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans, zodat je ook met de Franstalige techniekers vlot kunt overleggen.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht, denkt vooruit en vertaalt verbeterkansen naar concrete acties.
