Afin de consolider nos équipes, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Technical Leader (H/F) pour notre équipe de Build afin de prendre les responsabilités suivantes : Orchestration des développements dans le cadre de plusieurs projets. Coordination des activités de l équipe de développement Supervision et contrôle la qualité des livrables Implication dans les phases de développements. Application et faire appliquer les bonnes pratiques de développement et de configuration selon les standards de l entreprise et participation à l'amélioration de ceux-ci. Capitalisation et partage des connaissances et compétences Le Technical Leader travaillera en relation avec le Design Leader également. Profil Expérience en matière d'analyse des processus, de conception de solutions, de développement et de mise en œuvre de solutions MES/MOM (idéalement) Capacité à gérer les relations avec les clients et les partenaires Orienté client et résultats Esprit d'équipe et compétences en matière de leadership Connaissance du matériel et des équipements industriels Interfaçage avec différents protocoles (SOAP, REST, ) et différents formats de données (XML, JSON, ) Connaissance en base de données telles que MSSSERVER et du langage SQL Connaissance des processus de production/fabrication et de logistique (planification de la production, gestion des stocks, entreposage et logistique, ventes et distribution, SCM) C'est un plus si vous avez des compétences fonctionnelles dans la chaîne d approvisionnement / LES / MES / QMS / ERP qui vous permet d être familier avec les pratiques et procédures métiers. Garant de la cohésion de groupe, des locaux modernes seront à disposition ainsi qu'un accord de télétravail 2 jours par semaine. Des évènements de team building, séminaires, ateliers sont mis en place tous les 3 mois pour consolider les interactions de l équipe.
