Du möchtest neben dem Studium praktische Retail-Erfahrung sammeln und dabei mehr lernen als nur die Basics? Als Werkstudent:in bist du regelmäßig Teil unseres Store-Teams und entwickelst dein Produkt-, Verkaufs- und Servicewissen Schritt für Schritt weiter. Du berätst Kund:innen, führst Verkaufsgespräche, bereitest Tea Tastings vor und unterstützt die Abläufe im Store. Dabei setzt du dein wachsendes Wissen direkt ein und machst unsere moderne Drinking Culture im persönlichen Kontakt erlebbar.

Dein Profil

  • MUST HAVE: Du studierst und suchst eine Werkstudierendentätigkeit, in der du regelmäßig mitarbeiten und dich fachlich weiterentwickeln kannst. Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu, kommunizierst klar und arbeitest zuverlässig innerhalb vereinbarter Abläufe.
  • TEAM ENERGY: Du packst mit an, bleibst auch bei mehr Betrieb aufmerksam und arbeitest gern gemeinsam mit anderen.
  • NICE TO HAVE: Erste Erfahrung im Verkauf, Kundenservice, in der Gastronomie oder in einem ähnlichen Umfeld ist hilfreich. Entscheidend ist aber vor allem deine Bereitschaft, Produkt-, Sortiments-, Verkaufs- und Servicewissen aufzubauen und im daily doing anzuwenden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • CONNECT & ADVISE - Kund:innen eigenständig beraten und innerhalb deines vermittelten Produkt- und Sortimentswissens passende Produkte empfehlen.
  • SELL & SERVE - Verkaufsgespräche zum Abschluss führen, Ergänzungen empfehlen und reguläre Kassen- und Zahlungsvorgänge zuverlässig abwickeln.
  • TEA MOMENTS - standardisierte Tea Tastings sowie Brew-Bar- und Zubereitungsabläufe nach Vorgabe durchführen.
  • STORE LOOK - für Ordnung und Warenverfügbarkeit sorgen, Ware nachfüllen und die vorgegebenen Standards der Warenpräsentation umsetzen.
  • COMMUNITY & EVENTS - bei Store-Events, Aktionen und Community-Formaten mitwirken und die operative Umsetzung unterstützen.
  • TEAM WORK - bei Wareneingang, Warenauszeichnung, Lagerordnung, Bestandspflege, Inventuren und Frequenzspitzen unterstützen.

  • REAL STORE EXPERIENCE: Beratung, Verkauf, Tea Bar, Kasse, Warenpräsentation, Events und operative Store-Abläufe: Du lernst unterschiedliche Seiten des Store-Alltags kennen.
  • CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES: Du arbeitest selbstständig innerhalb der vorgegebenen Prozesse und deines erlernten Wissens.
  • TEAM: Du arbeitest eng mit Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager und Client Advisor zusammen.

CURIOSITY OVER PERFECTION. Du musst nicht schon alles über Tee oder Retail wissen. Wichtiger ist, dass du gern mit Menschen arbeitest, Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben übernimmst und das Gelernte direkt anwenden möchtest. Vielleicht bringst du bereits Erfahrung aus Verkauf, Service, Gastronomie oder Events mit. Vielleicht ist das dein Einstieg in den Retail. Was zählt: Offenheit, Lernbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und Lust auf gute Produkte und echte Begegnungen.
