Dein Job:

  • Du entwickelst skalierbare, wartbare und sichere Full-Stack-Lösungen für unser SaaS-Produkt im Life-Sciences-Umfeld.
  • Du nutzt AI-Tools gezielt, um Entwicklung zu beschleunigen, Qualität zu erhöhen und bessere Engineering-Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Du verbindest Engineering-Exzellenz mit Product Thinking und hinterfragst aktiv, was wir bauen und warum – mit Customer Value als North Star.
  • Du übernimmst Themen end-to-end: von Requirements und Architektur über Implementierung und Testing bis Release und Betrieb.
  • Du übersetzt Business- und Produktanforderungen in saubere technische Designs und robuste, production-ready Implementierungen über Frontend und Backend hinweg.
  • Du triffst technische Trade-offs eigenverantwortlich – mit klarem Sparring im Engineering Leadership.
  • Du hebst die Engineering-Qualität im Team durch Code Reviews, Standards, Teststrategie und aktive Tech-Debt-Reduktion.
  • Du mentorst Junior/Professional Engineers und etablierst AI-gestützte Engineering-Praktiken (z. B. für Tests, Refactoring und Dokumentation).

Dein Arbeitsumfeld:

Wir bauen gerade ein AI-first Engineering-Setup, das wir gemeinsam weiterentwickeln – von der Spezifikation bis zum Deployment. Spec Driven Development wird bei uns zur Single Source of Truth, aus der Code, Tests und Doku entstehen. Du steigst nicht in ein fertiges System ein, sondern gestaltest aktiv mit, wie wir KI im Engineering nutzen.

Tech-Stack:

  • Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL + Prompt Engineering
  • Frameworks/Paradigmen: SAPUI5 (UI5), JPA + AI Spec Driven Development, MCP-Integrationen
  • AI & Developer Tooling: Windsurf / GitHub Copilot; Plus: Agents, RAG, Vektordatenbanken
  • Platform: SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry)
  • Tools & Kollaboration: Git | Atlassian | Langdock

Dein Profil:

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von SaaS-Produkten als Senior Full-Stack Engineer mit und lieferst Features end-to-end.
  • Du übersetzt Produktanforderungen in robuste technische Lösungen und kommunizierst klar und strukturiert mit Engineering sowie Product/Business.
  • Du nutzt AI-Tools im Alltag, um schneller zu entwickeln und die Qualität zu erhöhen (z. B. für Tests, Refactoring, Debugging und Dokumentation).
  • Du hast fundierte Skills in Software Engineering & Architektur (System Design, Skalierung, Reliability, Security).
  • Du hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch: Testing, saubere Releases, Monitoring/Operational Readiness und langfristige Wartbarkeit sind für dich Standard.
  • Du fühlst dich sicher in Deutsch und Englisch und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Life-Sciences-Umfeld oder in regulierten Umgebungen mit.
