About PackageX
PackageX is building the Physical Logistics Execution Platform for enterprise teams operating across manufacturing sites, distribution centers, warehouses, retail locations, and logistics-heavy environments.
Our platform uses Vision AI, workflow automation, mobile execution, and integrations to help companies digitize, execute, and verify physical operations at the point of work, creating trusted evidence of what happened across their operations.
Our operating model is simple: Execution. Verification. Evidence.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a content strategist who can write well, research deeply, and figure things out without needing everything handed to them. This isn’t just a blog writing role. You’ll own content that builds PackageX’s authority in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, and enterprise technology, from SEO articles to thought leadership pieces that actually say something.
You don’t need to know our space on day one. What matters is that you can learn it quickly, ask the right questions, and run with it. If you’re curious, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup, you’ll do well here.
You Will
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with PackageX’s ICP, product positioning, and growth priorities
- Write and publish a high volume of content for supply chain and logistics audiences, including SEO articles, thought leadership pieces, guides, industry reports, and landing pages
- Conduct in-depth research on industry topics, trends, and customer challenges to develop original perspectives
- Build content plans around target keywords, search intent, customer pain points, and content gaps
- Optimize content for traditional search and for AI-powered search platforms
- Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, and drafting while keeping quality and originality high
- Work with SEO, marketing, product, sales, and subject-matter experts to turn complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content
- Write strong headlines and body copy that resonate with operations, supply chain, and technology buyers
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and clarity
- Audit and update existing content regularly to improve readability, technical SEO, rankings, and conversions
- Track performance through organic traffic, keyword rankings, search visibility, backlinks, engagement, and conversions, and use that data to decide what to write next
- Build repeatable content processes that let the team produce quality content at scale
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS content writing, content strategy, or SEO
- Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization, and organic growth
- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills
- Ability to understand complex products and turn them into simple, engaging narratives
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms and SEO tools
- A portfolio of published articles or content projects
- A data-driven approach to measuring and improving content performance
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail
What Will Set You Apart
- Experience writing about logistics, supply chain, automation, computer vision, or enterprise software
- Experience building content strategy for a startup or high-growth SaaS company
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in research and content workflows
- Understanding of how AI search engines are changing content discovery
- Experience turning customer stories, product knowledge, and industry data into differentiated content
- A builder mindset: you like creating systems, experimenting, and improving continuously
