Estamos buscando uma pessoa para liderar a estratégia e a operação do canal de parcerias da Pacto, conectando nossa base de clientes e oportunidades ao ecossistema de parceiros e criando novas fontes de negócios para a Pacto.

Principais atribuições:

Estruturar e desenvolver o canal de parcerias da Pacto, criando estratégias para aquisição, ativação e desenvolvimento de parceiros. Prospectar, recrutar e desenvolver parceiros, ampliando o ecossistema de consultores, fornecedores, influenciadores e profissionais do mercado fitness e wellness. Identificar oportunidades na base e no forecast da Pacto e conectá-las aos parceiros mais adequados. Gerenciar o fluxo de indicações, acompanhando oportunidades desde a entrada até a conversão em negócio. Acompanhar e desenvolver a performance dos parceiros, atuando na qualidade e produtividade das indicações. Monitorar indicadores do canal, como indicações, oportunidades, conversões, vendas e receita gerada. Participar das ações de engajamento, campanhas e incentivos para aumentar a participação e os resultados dos parceiros. Atuar em conjunto com SDR, Comercial, CS/CSM e Financeiro para garantir eficiência na operação do canal. Apresentar resultados, identificar gargalos e implementar planos de ação para melhoria contínua e escala do canal.
