Este cargo tem como missão auxiliar na análise cadastral de motorista e proprietários terceiros contratados para prestação de serviço de frete, elaboração da documentação necessária ao desembargo de cargas e atendimento aos clientes.

  • Segurança e liberação de cadastro dos motoristas
  • Verificação de documentos dos veículos (CRLV);
  • Verificação da CNH do motorista (Original);
  • Consulta dos documentos através do aplicativo VIO (QR Code);
  • Fazer contato com as transportadoras anexadas como referência no chamado;
  • Fazer contato com familiares dos motoristas (três familiares de 1º grau);
  • Análise fiscal / operacional
  • Abertura de Lote:
  • São levantadas as informações fiscais e valores acordados pelas partes, feito isto embarcador consegue gerar os documentos da viagem (CT-e, MDF-e) e fazer o pagamento do motorista.
  • Cancelamento de documentos:
  • Quando a filial faz uma documentação com dados e valores divergentes, eles abrem chamados pedindo o cancelamento desses documentos para fazerem uma nova emissão, isto só é feito pela central de notas;
  • Apoio aos departamentos internos administrativos
  • Atendimento ao Faturamento, quando esse setor tem recusa de documentos por parte dos clientes, sendo por falta de informações ou documentos errados, é preciso passar para algum analista da central de notas conferir as informações e verificar onde houve a falha, para conseguirmos ajustar e consequentemente enviar novamente os documentos para termos o recebimento da receita dos CT-es;
  • Atendimento à Contabilidade, aos reportes mensais dos CT-es substituídos e notas de prestações de serviço;
  • Atendimento ao Financeiro, aos reportes diários de guias de ICMS / multas pagas através do banco útil;
