The posting

El/La Contador(a) Junior será responsable de apoyar las operaciones contables y financieras de la organización, asegurando el registro adecuado de transacciones, la elaboración de reportes regulatorios. Además, participará en proyectos financieros y de mejora continua que contribuyan al fortalecimiento de los controles internos y a la eficiencia operativa del área.

Responsabilidades principales

Contabilidad General

  • Registrar pólizas de diario, ingresos, egresos y ajustes contables.
  • Realizar conciliaciones de cuentas contables y bancarias.
  • Apoyar en el análisis de variaciones mensuales y en la preparación de estados financieros.
  • Control y archivo de documentación contable conforme a políticas internas y normativas vigentes.

Reportes Regulatorios

  • Preparar y consolidar información para reportes regulatorios solicitados por autoridades (p. ej., SAT, CNBV, CONDUSEF, u otras según el giro de la empresa).
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de fechas, formatos y normativas establecidas.
  • Apoyar en auditorías internas y externas proporcionando información contable y financiera cuando sea requerida.

Proyectos Financieros

  • Participar en iniciativas de automatización, mejora de procesos y análisis financiero.
  • Apoyar en la implementación de herramientas contables y financieras.
  • Colaborar con áreas multidisciplinarias para la optimización de procesos.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Contaduría, Finanzas o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia de 0 a 2 años en posiciones contables o financieras
  • Atención al detalle, actitud proactiva y disposición para aprender.
  • Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión y con fechas límite.
