Position

Für unser Digital-Team suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit mit erster Erfahrung im Bereich Paid Ads, die unsere Kampagnen auf Google, Meta und weiteren Plattformen betreut und weiterentwickelt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du planst, erstellst und betreust Meta-Ads-Kampagnen
  • Du überwachst laufende Kampagnen, analysierst die Performance und leitest Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab
  • Du testest verschiedene Creatives, Zielgruppen und Placements, um die Performance stetig zu verbessern
  • Du erstellst regelmäßige Reportings und bereitest Ergebnisse verständlich auf
  • Du bleibst am Puls der Zeit, was neue Meta-Features und -Entwicklungen angeht

Dein Profil

  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Meta Ads
  • Verständnis für Kampagnenstrukturen, Zielgruppen-Targeting und Performance-Kennzahlen (CPM, CTR, ROAS etc.)
  • Idealerweise Zertifizierung Meta Blueprint
  • Kenntnisse in Google Ads oder anderen Plattformen von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Analytisches Denken und Freude am Testen und Optimieren von Anzeigen und Creatives
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel/Google Sheets, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager
  • Deutsch und Englisch fließend
