Position

Für unser Team suchen wir ab Januar 2027 eine zuverlässige, kaufmännisch versierte Persönlichkeit in Teilzeit (20 Std./Woche), die uns in verschiedenen Buchhaltungsthemen unterstützt - zum Beispiel im Forderungsmanagement sowie vorbereitender Buchhaltung und vorbereitender Lohnbuchhaltung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du erstellst und versendest Zahlungserinnerungen und Mahnungen und sorgst für eine zuverlässige Bearbeitung offener Forderungen.
  • Du führst automatisierte Mahnläufe durch und überwachst deren ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung.
  • Du kontaktierst Kunden telefonisch und schriftlich zu offenen Forderungen, klärst Rückfragen und vereinbarst bei Bedarf individuelle Zahlungs- und Ratenvereinbarungen.
  • Du übernimmst Aufgaben der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung (z. B. Kontierung, Belegprüfung, Kontenabstimmung, Zahlungsverkehr).
  • Du unterstützt bei der vorbereitenden Lohnbuchhaltung (z. B. Zusammenstellung lohnrelevanter Unterlagen, Vorbereitung für die Lohnabrechnung).
  • Du dokumentierst Zahlungseingänge, Mahnvorgänge und Zahlungsvereinbarungen sorgfältig und nachvollziehbar.
  • Du erstellst Auswertungen und Berichte zu Forderungsbestand und laufenden Buchhaltungsthemen.
  • Du unterstützt flexibel bei weiteren anfallenden Sachbearbeitungs-Themen in der Buchhaltung.

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Bürokaufmann/-frau, Steuerfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung in Buchhaltung, Forderungsmanagement/Mahnwesen und/oder Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter/in ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kunden am Telefon - auch bei unangenehmen Themen freundlich und bestimmt
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungs- oder ERP-Software
