Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verkleben von Bauteilen und Baugruppen nach EN 17460 und internen Klebeverfahrensanweisungen
  • Vorbereitung der Klebeflächen, zum Beispiel Reinigen, Entfetten und Aktivieren der Oberflächen
  • Dosierung und Auftrag von Klebstoffen nach Materialdatenblatt und Vorgabe
  • Verklebung von Fenster- und Türelementen für Schienenfahrzeuge, Busse und Nutzfahrzeuge
  • Einhaltung von Abluft- und Aushärtezeiten sowie der vorgegebenen Prozessparameter
  • Sichtprüfung und Kontrolle der Klebenähte auf Vollständigkeit und Fehlstellen
  • Dokumentation der Klebeprozesse gemäß Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Qualitätssicherung und Konstruktion bei neuen Klebeaufgaben
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorgaben und Arbeitsschutzvorgaben im Umgang mit Klebstoffen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im gewerblich-technischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Kleben oder in der Verarbeitung von Klebstoffen von Vorteil, keine Voraussetzung
  • Bereitschaft zur Qualifizierung nach EN 17460, zum Beispiel als Klebepraktiker
  • Sicheres Lesen und Verstehen von Arbeitsanweisungen und technischen Zeichnungen
  • Sorgfalt und hohe Genauigkeit bei der Vorbereitung und Ausführung der Klebeprozesse
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Fertigungsprozesse
  • Auch Quereinsteiger mit handwerklichem Geschick sind willkommen
