Pajala kommun är den stora (till ytan) lilla kommunen belägen i norrskenet och midnattssolens land – Tornedalen, i östra Norrbotten. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Rektor har enligt Skollagen möjlighet att delegera arbetsuppgifter till annan profession inom för- och grundskola som har kunskap och erfarenhet. Rektor leder och fördelar arbetet i den verksamhet hen ansvarar för och biträdande rektor delegeras delar av rektors arbetsuppgifter. Arbetsuppgifterna kan utifrån behov bestå av att ansvara helt eller för delar av t ex förskoleverksamhet. I dialog mellan Skolchef, rektor och biträdande rektor beslutas om vilka arbetsuppgifter biträdande rektor ska ansvara för. Vid rektors frånvaro kan biträdande rektor utses till tillförordnad rektor.

Konkreta exempel på biträdande rektors arbetsuppgifter är att:

- genomföra arbetsplatsträffar (APT) med arbetslag,

- i dialog med arbetslagsledare planera och genomföra olika utvecklingsprocesser,

- medverka vid ledningsgruppens sammanträden vilka skolchefen leder,

- följa upp resultat, analysera dessa och upprätta åtgärdsplaner för vidare arbete,

- bistå rektor i olika arbetsuppgifter mm.

KVALIFIKATIONER Det är meriterande om du har:

  • dokumenterad erfarenhet och skicklighet från undervisning i för- eller grundskola,
  • dokumenterad erfarenhet och skicklighet från att leda medarbetare,
  • lärarlegitimation,
  • erfarenhet av att leda utvecklingsprocesser
  • genomgått det statliga rektorsprogrammet eller förberedande rekryteringsutbildning för rektorer.

Anställningsform: Tillsvidareanställning. Varaktighet: Tillsvidare, tillträde: 2027-01-11.
