Atuar como referência estratégica em tributos, indo além da apuração e do cumprimento das obrigações fiscais: antecipar riscos e oportunidades tributárias, subsidiar decisões de negócio (expansão, novos canais, novos estados) com análises de impacto fiscal, e conduzir o planejamento tributário da empresa com visão de longo prazo, garantindo eficiência fiscal, conformidade e segurança jurídica.

Pré requisitos:

  • Vivência consolidada em planejamento tributário estratégico, não apenas em rotinas de apuração.
  • Domínio de tributos federais, estaduais e municipais (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IPI, ISS, IRPJ, CSLL) e de cenários de reforma tributária.
  • Experiência analisando o impacto fiscal de decisões de negócio (expansão geográfica, novos modelos de venda, marketplace, fulfillment).
  • Vivência conduzindo ou participando de fiscalizações, auditorias e discussões com órgãos públicos e escritórios de advocacia tributária.
  • Domínio de SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, EFD-Reinf e demais obrigações eletrônicas, atuando na revisão dos processos e não apenas na execução.

Formação acadêmica: Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis. CRC ativo. Pós-graduação ou especialização em Direito Tributário/Planejamento Tributário é um diferencial.

Planejamento Tributário e Estratégia

  • Conduzir o planejamento tributário da empresa, identificando oportunidades de eficiência fiscal dentro da legalidade.
  • Avaliar o impacto tributário de novos projetos, produtos, canais de venda e expansão para novos estados.
  • Acompanhar e antecipar mudanças na legislação (incluindo a reforma tributária), simulando cenários e impactos no negócio.
  • Apresentar análises e recomendações fiscais à liderança, subsidiando decisões estratégicas.
  • Garantir a correta apuração e o recolhimento dos tributos federais, estaduais e municipais.
  • Supervisionar a elaboração e transmissão das obrigações acessórias (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTF, entre outras).
  • Realizar conciliações fiscais e contábeis, identificando divergências e implementando controles preventivos.
  • Revisar continuamente os processos fiscais em busca de redução de riscos e de retrabalho.
