Pré-requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis;
  • Pós graduação ou MBA em Contabilidade, Controladoria, Auditoria ou área Tributária.
  • CRC ativo;
  • Experiência comprovada na condução de processos de recuperação tributária pela via administrativa, desde a identificação e validação dos créditos até sua compensação, restituição ou ressarcimento;
  • Experiência prática na elaboração, transmissão, retificação e acompanhamento de PER/DCOMP e PER/DCOMP Web;
  • Experiência com empresas tributadas pelo Lucro Real;
  • Conhecimento sólido em tributação de serviços, especialmente ISS, PIS/COFINS, IRPJ e CSLL;
  • Domínio das obrigações acessórias, incluindo ECD, ECF e SPED;
  • Experiência com fechamento contábil, conciliações e análises de contas;
  • Conhecimento intermediário ou avançado em Excel e sistemas ERP.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em empresas prestadoras de serviços ou terceirização de mão de obra;
  • Vivência em empresas com contratos junto ao setor público;
  • Experiência em projetos de revisão fiscal e identificação de oportunidades de recuperação de créditos tributários;

Principais Atividades:

  • Executar e revisar os processos de fechamento contábil mensal e anual, garantindo a conformidade das informações contábeis;
  • Realizar conciliações e análises das contas patrimoniais e de resultado;
  • Revisar e acompanhar as obrigações acessórias contábeis e fiscais;
  • Realizar a apuração e análise de tributos diretos e indiretos, incluindo ISS, PIS/COFINS, IRPJ e CSLL;
  • Atuar diretamente nos processos de recuperação tributária pela via administrativa, desde a identificação e análise das oportunidades até a validação e utilização dos créditos;
  • Elaborar, transmitir, retificar e acompanhar PER/DCOMP e PER/DCOMP Web, incluindo processos de compensação, restituição e ressarcimento de créditos tributários;
  • Realizar cruzamentos e validações entre informações contábeis, fiscais e obrigações acessórias, garantindo segurança e consistência dos créditos apurados;
  • Acompanhar a correta contabilização, compensação e utilização dos créditos tributários recuperados;
  • Monitorar e interpretar a legislação contábil e tributária, identificando impactos, riscos e oportunidades para a empresa;
  • Prestar suporte técnico no atendimento a intimações, fiscalizações e demais demandas dos órgãos tributários;
  • Interagir com auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo informações, análises e documentação;
  • Apoiar as áreas Fiscal, Financeira, Controladoria e Jurídica nas demandas contábeis e tributárias.
