Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Gastronomía, Administración Hotelera, Turismo o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 a 6 años en operaciones de Alimentos y Bebidas.
  • Experiencia previa como Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant F&B Manager o posición similar.
  • Dominio de inglés avanzado.
  • Manejo de sistemas POS y herramientas administrativas.
  • Conocimiento de indicadores financieros y operativos de F&B. Objetivo del Puesto Apoyar en la dirección y supervisión de las operaciones diarias de Alimentos y Bebidas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio, calidad, rentabilidad y satisfacción de los huéspedes. Actuar como líder operativo en los diferentes centros de consumo, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los procedimientos, el desarrollo del personal y el logro de los objetivos departamentales. Responsabilidades Principales Gestión Operativa Supervisar la operación diaria de restaurantes, bares, room service, banquetes y eventos especiales. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio, presentación y calidad establecidos por la propiedad. Realizar recorridos operativos constantes para verificar el correcto funcionamiento de las áreas. Resolver incidencias operativas y dar seguimiento a solicitudes y quejas de huéspedes. Coordinar aperturas, cierres y cambios de turno en los centros de consumo. Garantizar que se mantengan los niveles adecuados de limpieza, orden y seguridad.
