Resumen Por crecimiento en Hussmann buscamos un CONTADOR BILINGÜE dinámico, organizado y con excelente actitud de servicio para integrarse a nuestro equipo de Finanzas como Analista de costos: Responsabilidades 1.Monitorear los proyectos de instalación en proceso en el sistema mapics, asegurando que los proyectos terminados queden cerrados y contabilizados. 2. Revisar y asegurar que los proyectos que vayan terminando tengan ya todos sus costos ingresados y registrados en mapics. 3. Verificar que la aplicación i-wip coincida y refleje los importes reales y correctos contra la contabilidad. 4. Colaborar con el equipo de instalaciones para asegurar que todos los costos de los proyectos sean ingresados a mapics y contabilizados a más tardar en el mismo período en que son facturados. 5. Reportar al grupo de instalaciones las desviaciones que vayan ocurriendo entre los costos reales ejercidos y los presupuestados. 6. Revisar y verificar que los costos de los proyectos sean asignados a los proyectos correctos y no a proyectos diferentes. 7. Colaborar con el grupo de instalaciones en la explicación de variaciones de costos de los proyectos de instalación. Calificaciones Manejo de Microsoft Office 365. Experiencia 3+ años Contador Público Inglés conversacional Capacidad para analizar información y tomar decisiones con base en datos. Experiencia trabajando con ERP y herramientas de análisis. Excel intermedio-avanzado.
