Are you looking for an exciting adventure in the hospitality industry? DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is seeking an energetic intern to join our team as a Groups Operations Success Trainee. If you are looking for a rewarding experience full of surprises, you have come to the right place!

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of meetings and events at our hotel. Working alongside our experienced team, you will play an active role in the end-to-end management of our clients’ events in a friendly and stimulating environment.

🎯 What will your responsibilities be?

  • You will be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to their enquiries and preparing attractive offers tailored to their needs.
  • You will learn all the ins and outs of invoicing.
  • You will look after our clients throughout their stay, ensuring their comfort and complete satisfaction.
  • By attending weekly meetings, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Front Office teams to plan upcoming events.
  • As a versatile team member, you will be ready to support Banqueting, Breakfast or Restaurant service according to operational needs.
  • This internship combines both operational and administrative responsibilities.

🔎 Who are we looking for?

  • You are fluent in both English and French and can communicate confidently with our international guests. Dutch or any additional language is a plus!
  • You are studying Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Business or Event Management and have an internship agreement starting in January 2027 for a minimum of four months—six months would be even better!
  • Above all, we are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic and eager to learn.
  • Administrative and/or sales skills are a strong advantage.

Ce stage t'offre une plongée passionnante dans l'univers des réunions et événements au sein de notre hôtel. Aux côtés de notre équipe expérimentée, tu participeras activement à la gestion complète des événements de nos clients, dans une ambiance conviviale et stimulante.

🎯 Tes missions ?

  • Tu seras le premier point de contact pour nos clients, en répondant à leurs demandes et en leur proposant des offres alléchantes.
  • La gestion de la facturation n'aura plus de secrets pour toi.
  • Tu seras là pour assurer le bien-être de nos clients pendant leur séjour, en veillant à leur entière satisfaction.
  • En participant aux réunions hebdomadaires, tu auras l'occasion de collaborer avec les équipes de restauration, de cuisine et de réception pour planifier les événements à venir.
  • Polyvalent.e, tu n’hésiteras pas à apporter de l’aide pour le service en banquet, au petit-déjeuner ou au restaurant selon les besoins opérationnels.
  • Ce stage combine des tâches opérationnelles et administratives.

🔎 Profil Recherché

  • Tu jongles entre l'anglais et le français pour t’adresser avec aisance à notre clientèle internationale. Si tu parles néerlandais ou toute autre langue, c'est un plus !
  • Etudiant.e en hôtellerie, Relations Publiques, Commerce ou Gestion d'événements, tu disposes d’une convention de stage à partir de janvier 2027 pour une durée minimale de 4 mois (6 mois c’est encore mieux).
  • Nous recherchons avant tout une personne souriante, dynamique et avide d'apprendre.
  • Des compétences administratives et/ou commerciales sont un gros plus.
