Are you looking for a unique experience in upscale hospitality?

DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels is looking for a passionate and motivated Culinary Trainee for an internship of at least one month, starting in 2026. This is your opportunity to develop your skills in an elegant and stimulating environment, at the heart of one of Europe’s most vibrant capitals.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in our restaurant or Banqueting department, where you can develop your skills and learn from a welcoming and experienced team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Chef and kitchen team with food preparation.
  • Helping to prepare ingredients and set up workstations.
  • Assisting with the preparation of starters, main courses and desserts under the Chef’s supervision.
  • Helping to clean and maintain workstations, kitchen utensils and equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards throughout all kitchen operations.
  • Supporting the team in organising each service while ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Contributing to the creation and testing of new recipes under the Chef’s supervision.
  • Ensuring that every dish leaves the kitchen with an impeccable presentation.

What does our ideal candidate look like?

You are fluent in French and English, enrolled in a hospitality school or a similar programme and, above all, truly passionate about cooking. If this sounds like you, do not hesitate to apply!

Le DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels ouvre ses portes à un.e stagiaire en cuisine pour une immersion d'au moins un mois à partir de 2026, passionné.e et motivé.e, prêt.e à évoluer dans un cadre élégant et stimulant, au cœur de l’une des capitales européennes les plus vibrantes.

En tant que membre de notre équipe, tu auras l'opportunité de travailler dans notre restaurant ou dans notre service de banquets, où tu pourras développer tes compétences et apprendre auprès d’une équipe chaleureuse et expérimentée :

  • Assister le chef et l'équipe de cuisine dans la préparation des plats.
  • Participer à la mise en place des ingrédients et des stations de travail.
  • Aider à la préparation des entrées, plats principaux, et desserts sous la supervision du chef.
  • Contribuer au nettoyage et à l'entretien des postes de travail, des ustensiles de cuisine et des équipements.
  • Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire dans toutes les opérations.
  • Soutenir l'équipe dans l'organisation des services, en assurant la qualité et la rapidité d'exécution.
  • Collaborer à la création et au test de nouvelles recettes sous la supervision du chef.
  • S'assurer que tous les plats sortent de la cuisine dans un état de présentation impeccable.
