The Hotel. Brussels invites you to join its sophisticated environment as a Reservations Trainee.

If you are curious, energetic and eager to discover what goes on behind the scenes at a five-star hotel, this opportunity is made for you. Every day will bring new discoveries, and you will contribute directly to creating unforgettable stays for our guests.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • You will handle sales for groups of fewer than 30 guests, as well as individual reservations.
  • You will respond to guest enquiries with a smile and ensure they receive outstanding service, whether by email, over the phone or in person at the hotel.
  • You will work closely with the team to boost sales and maximise room occupancy.
  • And, of course, you will contribute to implementing successful sales strategies!

What does your ideal profile look like?

  • You are studying Hospitality Management or Business and have an internship agreement for a minimum of four months—six months would be even better—starting in September 2026, with some flexibility regarding the exact start date.
  • You are fluent in both English and French and can communicate confidently with our international guests. Dutch or any additional language is a plus!
  • You are communicative and customer-service-oriented. You enjoy helping people and know how to remain calm, even in the busiest situations.
  • You are full of energy, enjoy working as part of a team and always keep a smile on your face.
  • Challenges do not scare you—on the contrary, they motivate you!

Quelles seront tes responsabilités ?

  • Tu prendras en charge les ventes pour les groupes de moins de 30 personnes, ainsi que les réservations individuelles.
  • Tu répondras aux demandes de nos clients avec le sourire et veilleras à leur offrir un service irréprochable, que ce soit par e-mail, par téléphone ou directement à l’hôtel.
  • Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe afin de dynamiser les ventes et d’optimiser le taux d’occupation de nos chambres.
  • Et, bien entendu, tu contribueras à la mise en œuvre de stratégies commerciales performantes !

À quoi ressemble le profil idéal ?

  • Tu étudies la gestion hôtelière ou le commerce et disposes d’une convention de stage pour une durée minimale de quatre mois — six mois seraient encore mieux — à partir d’août 2026, avec une certaine flexibilité concernant la date exacte de début.
  • Tu maîtrises le français et l’anglais et peux communiquer avec aisance avec notre clientèle internationale. La connaissance du néerlandais ou de toute autre langue constitue un atout !
  • Tu es communicatif·ve et orienté·e vers le service client. Tu aimes aider les autres et sais garder ton calme, même dans les situations les plus mouvementées.
  • Tu débordes d’énergie, apprécies le travail en équipe et gardes toujours le sourire.
  • Les défis ne te font pas peur — au contraire, ils te motivent !
