Are you looking for an exciting adventure in the hospitality industry? DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is seeking an energetic intern to join our team as a Booking Success Trainee. If you are looking for a rewarding experience full of surprises, you have come to the right place!

What will your responsibilities be?

  • You will start with a brief immersion in our operational departments to understand how things work on the ground, including Group Operations Success, Banqueting and Front Office.
  • You will then join the Booking Success department, where you will handle individual reservations as well as group and meeting sales.
  • You will respond to guest enquiries with a smile and ensure they receive outstanding service, whether by email, over the phone or during hotel visits.
  • You will work closely with the Sales team to boost revenue and maximise occupancy across our guest rooms and meeting spaces.
  • And, of course, you will help implement successful sales strategies!

What does your ideal profile look like?

  • You are studying Hospitality Management or Business and have an internship agreement for a minimum of five months—the longer, the better!
  • You are fluent in both English and French and can communicate confidently with our international guests. Dutch or any additional language is a plus!
  • You are communicative and customer-service-oriented. You enjoy helping people and know how to remain calm, even in the busiest situations.
  • You are full of energy, enjoy working as part of a team and always keep a smile on your face.
  • Challenges do not scare you—on the contrary, they motivate you!

Le DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City est à la recherche d'un.e stagiaire plein.e d'énergie pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant que Booking Success Trainee. Si tu veux vivre une expérience enrichissante et pleine de surprises, tu es au bon endroit !

Tes missions ?

  • Tu débuteras par une brève immersion dans les départements opérationnels pour comprendre comment cela se passe sur le terrain (Group Operations Success, Banquet, Réception,...)
  • Ensuite, cap sur le département Booking Success où tu te chargeras de réservations individuelles, de la vente de groupes et réunions.
  • Tu répondras aux demandes des clients avec le sourire et tu veilleras à leur offrir un service optimal que ce soit par email, téléphone ou durant des visites à l’hôtel.
  • Tu travailleras au sein de l'équipe commerciale pour booster les ventes et remplir nos chambres et nos espaces de séminaire.
  • Et bien sûr, tu mettras en place les stratégies de vente qui cartonnent !

Ton profil idéal ?

  • Étudiant.e en gestion hôtelière ou commerce, tu disposes d’une convention de stage d’au moins 5 mois (plus, c'est encore mieux !)
  • Tu jongles entre l'anglais et le français pour t’adresser avec aisance à notre clientèle internationale. Si tu parles néerlandais ou toute autre langue, c'est un plus !
  • Communicatif.ve et orienté.e service client, tu aimes aider les gens et tu sais garder ton calme même dans les situations les plus mouvementées.
  • Tu débordes d'énergie et tu sais travailler en équipe tout en gardant le sourire.
  • Les défis, ça ne te fait pas peur, au contraire, ça te stimule !
