Are you looking for an exciting adventure in the hospitality industry? DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is seeking an energetic intern to join our Proactive Sales team as a Sales Trainee. If you are looking for a rewarding experience full of surprises, you have come to the right place!

What will your responsibilities be?

Organisation and presentations: You will handle administrative tasks, create compelling presentations and coordinate sales activities with confidence and style.

Get involved in the action: From planning events to meeting clients, you will be at the heart of our activities, ready to impress our clients and showcase our hotel.

Explore new opportunities: Identify new business opportunities in our vibrant neighbourhood through enthusiastic prospecting calls and networking events.

Take part in negotiations: Attend strategic meetings with our clients and help confidently secure annual contracts.

Work together to deliver an exceptional client experience: Collaborate with our teams to provide an outstanding experience for every client.

What does your ideal profile look like?

  • You are studying Hospitality Management or Business and have an internship agreement for five or six months, starting in July 2026.
  • You are fluent in both English and French and can communicate confidently with our international clients. Dutch or any additional language is a plus!
  • You are communicative and customer-service-oriented. You enjoy helping people and know how to remain calm, even in the busiest situations.
  • You are full of energy, enjoy working as part of a team and always keep a smile on your face.
  • Challenges do not scare you—on the contrary, they motivate you!

Tes missions ?

Organisation et présentations : Tu géreras les tâches administratives, créeras des présentations percutantes et coordonneras les activités commerciales avec style.

Plonger dans l'action : De la planification d'événements aux rencontres clientèles, tu seras au cœur de toutes les activités, prêt.e à impressionner nos clients et à faire briller notre établissement.

Participer aux négociations : Assiste à des réunions stratégiques avec nos clients, aidant à conclure des contrats annuels avec assurance.

Ton profil idéal ?

  • Étudiant.e en gestion hôtelière ou commerce, tu disposes d’une convention de stage de cinq ou six mois à partir de juillet 2026
  • Tu jongles entre l'anglais et le français pour t’adresser avec aisance à notre clientèle internationale. Si tu parles néerlandais ou toute autre langue, c'est un plus !
  • Communicatif.ve et orienté.e service client, tu aimes aider les gens et tu sais garder ton calme même dans les situations les plus mouvementées.
  • Tu débordes d'énergie et tu sais travailler en équipe tout en gardant le sourire.
  • Les défis, ça ne te fait pas peur, au contraire, ça te stimule !
