Buscamos um (a) Consultor (a) Comercial Hunter com: Experiência em vendas de serviços de terceirização de profissionais de TI: Se você já atuou com alocação de profissionais, outsourcing ou hunting de talentos na área de tecnologia, essa vaga é para você! Carteira de clientes robusta: É essencial que você possua uma extensa rede de contatos e relacionamento com empresas que demandam profissionais de TI, para gerar novas oportunidades de negócio e acelerar o processo de vendas.

Residência em São Paulo: Atuação remota, com encontros semanais com a gestão comercial para update dos novos negócios.

Perfil flexível, adaptável e ágil: O mercado de tecnologia é dinâmico e exige profissionais que se adaptem rapidamente às mudanças, com flexibilidade para atender diferentes demandas e agilidade para fechar negócios.

Hunter nato: Você tem a garra e a proatividade para prospectar novos clientes, qualificar leads e conduzir negociações eficazes até o fechamento das vendas.

Habilidade de comunicação: Capacidade de se comunicar de forma clara, concisa e persuasiva, construindo relacionamentos sólidos com clientes e colegas. Orientação para resultados: Foco em atingir metas e superar expectativas, com persistência e determinação.

Responsabilidades:

  • Prospectar ativamente novos clientes, identificando oportunidades de negócio para serviços de terceirização de profissionais de tecnologia.
  • Qualificar leads, entendendo as necessidades dos clientes e apresentando soluções adequadas.
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais personalizadas e competitivas.
  • Conduzir negociações eficazes, sanando objeções e fechando contratos.
  • Gerenciar a carteira de clientes, mantendo o relacionamento e identificando novas oportunidades de venda.
  • Acompanhar o mercado e as tendências em terceirização de TI para identificar novas oportunidades e desenvolver estratégias de venda.
