• Estamos procurando um especialista em TI com experiência em sistemas de voz e IVR para se juntar à nossa equipe. O candidato ideal será responsável pela implementação, manutenção e otimização de nossas soluções de voz e IVR, garantindo uma comunicação eficiente e de alta qualidade.

Responsabilidades:

• Implementar e manter sistemas de voz e IVR.

• Configurar e gerenciar servidores de voz e sistemas de telecomunicações.

• Monitorar o desempenho do sistema e solucionar problemas técnicos.

• Colaborar com as equipes de desenvolvimento e suporte para aprimorar as soluções de voz.

• Documentar procedimentos e atualizações do sistema.

• Garantir a segurança e a conformidade regulamentar das soluções de voz.

• Gerar e analisar o desempenho do sistema e as métricas de uso.

• Conhecimento dos sistemas de telefonia Callbox, Genesys e Avaya seria

Requisitos:

• Capacidade de se comunicar em espanhol e inglês.

• Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e de se comunicar com eficiência.

• Habilidades de resolução de problemas e atenção aos detalhes.

• Experiência com plataformas IVR e sistemas de gerenciamento de chamadas.

• Graduação em Engenharia de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação ou área relacionada.

• Experiência mínima de 3 anos em TI, com foco em sistemas de voz e IVR.

• Conhecimento de protocolos de telecomunicações (SIP, RTP, etc.).

• Habilidades de programação e scripting (Java, Python, etc.).
