Transformar dados em inteligência estratégica, gerando insights e recomendações que apoiem a tomada de decisão, a evolução das políticas de crédito e o alcance dos resultados do Paraná Banco, garantindo informações confiáveis, visão de negócio e foco na melhoria contínua para proporcionar experiências que transformam soluções financeiras em sorrisos.

Como você irá gerar impacto no dia a dia

Estamos buscando um profissional de dados com forte visão analítica e de negócio, capaz de transformar dados em insights e recomendações estratégicas para apoiar a tomada de decisão e a otimização das políticas de crédito junto ao Paraná Banco.

  • Consolidar e analisar dados de diferentes plataformas;
  • Identificar oportunidades de otimização nas políticas de crédito;
  • Elaborar análises, estudos e apresentações com recomendações estratégicas;
  • Garantir a qualidade e confiabilidade das informações;
  • Manter dashboards executivos e operacionais em Power BI atualizados;

  • Conhecimento em Power BI, DW e Databricks;
  • SQL intermediário;
  • Excel intermediário / avançado;
  • PowerPoint ntermediário / avançado;
  • Formação superior em áreas como Estatística, Engenharia, Dados, Administração, Economia ou correlatas.

Diferenciais que podem ampliar seu impacto - Requisitos Complementares

  • Experiência em transformar dados em apresentações executivas e uso de IA aplicado a dados e produtividade.
