Description:

Votre terrain de jeu :

Au sein de l'équipe Développement RH de la Direction des Ressources Humaines du Paris Saint-Germain, vous participerez principalement à la mise en œuvre des actions de développement des compétences (formation) ainsi qu'au pilotage de projets RH transverses visant à renforcer l'engagement et l'expérience collaborateur.

Véritable support de l'équipe, vous prendrez part à des projets variés, de leur conception à leur déploiement, dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.

À ce titre, vous interviendrez notamment sur les missions suivantes :

Formation

  • Participer au déploiement du plan de développement des compétences.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des actions de formation (inscriptions, conventions, convocations, évaluations, relations avec les organismes de formation).
  • Suivre les indicateurs de formation et contribuer au reporting.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de formation

Projets Développement RH

  • Participer au déploiement des projets RH transverses portés par l'équipe.
  • Contribuer aux initiatives visant à renforcer l'engagement des collaborateurs (événements internes…)
  • Participer à la création de supports de communication et de présentation.

Onboarding

  • Contribuer à l'organisation des journées d'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs.
  • Participer au déploiement et à l'amélioration continue du parcours d'intégration (onboarding).
  • Participer à l'élaboration de supports et d'outils visant à optimiser l'expérience des nouveaux collaborateurs.

Le profil que nous cherchons :

Un profil rigoureux et organisé qui saura évoluer dans un écosystème très exigent.

Nous cherchons un talent dynamique et proactif et qui saura prendre des initiatives et être force de proposition.

  • Etudiant en formation RH / Ecole de commerce (Bac +5 – type Sciences Po, CELSA, CIFFOP, etc.)
  • Doté d'une première expérience sur ces missions
  • Doté d'un bon relationnel
  • Capable de travailler en mode projet
  • Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles
  • Très bonne maitrise du pack Office

Ce stage est à pourvoir pour une durée de 6 mois, à partir de novembre 2026, au sein de nos locaux administratifs de Boulogne-Billancourt.
