Description:

VOTRE TERRAIN DE JEU

Le Paris Saint-Germain recherche un(e) sport scientist pour la section féminine pour la saison 2026-2027.

Rattaché(e) au département Médical et Performance du club, vous contribuez au suivi de la charge des joueuses du centre de formation et de la préformation. Le poste participe à la mise en oeuvre de la méthodologie performance du club et assure un lien entre les différentes catégories.

VOS MISSIONS

1. Analyse et suivi de la charge

• Assurer le monitoring de la charge interne et externe.

• Produire les indicateurs et rapports nécessaires à la prise de décision du staff.

• Veiller à la qualité et à la fiabilité des données collectées.

• Accompagner le préparateur physique dans le suivi quotidien des joueuses de la formation.

2. Evaluations

• Organiser et réaliser les évaluations physiques.

• Assurer le suivi longitudinal des indicateurs de performance et de disponibilité.

• Contribuer à l'interprétation des résultats en collaboration avec les staffs performance et médical.

3. Projet de recherche

• Développer un projet de recherche appliquée au sein du département Performance.

• Participer à la conception, à la collecte et à l'analyse des données scientifiques

LE PROFIL QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

• M2 STAPS, DU « sport scientist »

• Connaissance des outils de monitoring (GPS, cardiofréquencemètre, VALD)

• Bonne connaissance des outils d’analyses et de visualisation de données (R, Power BI)

• Intérêt fort pour le sport féminin

• Volonté de se former en continu et curiosité

Le stage à pourvoir pour janvier 2027 est d’une durée de 6 mois à temps plein et est basé au Campus PSG à Poissy. Horaires variables, travail possible le soir et les week-ends selon le calendrier sportif.
