The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with clear communication skills to support sales conversations, project execution, and long-term vendor partnerships.   Primary Objective To ensure the successful selection, configuration, and delivery of parking hardware solutions by serving as a technical bridge between Sales, Operations, and Vendors. This role supports the full hardware lifecycle—from advising on solution design to coordinating procurement, logistics, and post-install support—enabling reliable, scalable gated and LPR technology deployments across PMC client locations.   Duties and Responsibilities   Sales & Solution Support Partner with Sales to advise on technical requirements, hardware compatibility, and configuration options for gated and LPR solutions. - Participate in client scope calls and internal alignment meetings to ensure clarity and feasibility of proposed solutions. - Assist in evaluating new hardware offerings and building resource materials for standard kits and deployments.   Hardware Management Maintain hardware inventory, coordinate procurement, and ensure timely shipping of gate kits, pedestals, scanners, intercoms, and controllers. - Assemble, test, and configure hardware prior to deployment when needed.   Vendor Coordination Liaise with third-party vendors to fulfill orders, request quotes, and handle escalations. - Ensure accurate and timely hardware delivery to project sites.   Project Support Work closely with the PMC Project Manager to support install readiness. - Attend alignment calls to advise on hardware compatibility, logistics, or special site needs.   Post-Installation Support  Support the Service Desk post-installation with troubleshooting or parts replacement. - Act as an escalation point for technical product issues and vendor collaboration. The Claims Administrator analyzes claim trends to identify operational improvements and reduce risk, prepares management reports, supports staff training on best practices, and participates in audits and safety reviews to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.   Additional Responsibilities Other tasks may be assigned as needed to support the company’s overall operational objectives, with the expectation that the management remains flexible and responsive to evolving business needs.    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities   Competency/Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
