Stay active, assist guests, and safely park and retrieve vehicles in a fast-paced hospitality environment. What You’ll Do
Welcome guests and assist with vehicle drop-off, pickup, luggage, and directions. Safely park and retrieve vehicles, document existing damage, and secure keys. Manage traffic flow, answer questions, and support teammates. Keep valet areas organized and follow safety, privacy, uniform, attendance, and tip-reporting procedures.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and no more than three moving violations in the past three years. Meet applicable background and driving-record screening requirements, consistent with applicable law. Strong customer-service skills, professional appearance, and dependable attendance. Ability to remain calm during busy periods and operate automatic and manual-transmission vehicles when required. Availability for assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Previous valet, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work involves extended standing and walking, bending, reaching, entering and exiting vehicles, driving, and handling keys and equipment. Employees work indoors and outdoors around traffic and varying weather and may use computers and phones. Essential duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
