Join PMC’s Overnight Hospitality Team Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring dependable Overnight Hotel Valet Attendants for hospitality properties throughout Napa. As an Overnight Valet Attendant, you will safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist guests arriving and departing overnight, and help maintain a secure and organized valet area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with limited supervision, providing excellent guest service, and earning tips. What You’ll Do
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism. Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles. Assist guests with luggage, directions, and vehicle-related needs. Inspect vehicles and accurately document existing damage. Maintain secure control and organization of vehicle keys. Keep the valet entrance, parking area, and work station clean and orderly. Monitor the parking area and report safety, security, or maintenance concerns. Respond promptly and professionally to overnight guest questions and requests. Protect guest information, property, and privacy. Follow traffic, vehicle-handling, safety, uniform, attendance, and tip-reporting procedures. Complete required shift reports and incident documentation. Support team members and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
A valid driver’s license. A motor vehicle record that meets PMC’s job-related driving standards. Ability to safely operate automatic-transmission vehicles. Ability to operate manual-transmission vehicles when required by the assigned property. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Professional appearance and dependable attendance. Ability to remain alert and work with limited supervision during overnight hours. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work assigned overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Previous valet parking, hotel, security, driving, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements and Work Environment This position requires the ability to:
Stand, walk, move quickly, and remain active for extended periods. Frequently enter and exit vehicles. Lift or carry up to 50 pounds. Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions. Work safely around moving vehicles, active traffic, and parking equipment. Use mobile devices, two-way radios, and parking equipment.
